IRAN - EGYPT * 17 day / 16 night

 

Day 01: Arrival - Tehran
Meet and greet at Tehran airport and transfer to Hotel. Take rest. Visit the Archaeological & Islamic Art Museums to see spectacular items from seven thousand years ago. O/N Tehran (Grand Hotel).

Day 02: 
Take breakfast at Hotel. Pick up from the Hotel & transfer to Tehran Airport.Fly to Isfahan. Arrive at Isfahan Airport & Transfer to Hotel. Free .O/N Isfahan (Melal Hotel).

Day 03: 
Take early breakfast at Hotel. A full day escorted Tour to visit Imam square, a Jewel of Persian Architecture including the Alighapou Palace, Imam & Sheikh Lutfullah mosque, Handicraft factories & Isfahan Bazaar with its traditional Arcades. Continue in the evening, to visit the most beautiful & famous Isfahan Bridges along Zayandeh Rud river.Return to the Hotel. O/N Isfahan (Melal Hotel).

 

Day 4: 
Take breakfast at Hotel. Half day escorted Tour to visit Jame Mosque, Vank Church & Shaking Minarets. Free . Ahead in the evening to Isfahan Airport.  Arrive at Shiraz Airport & Transfer to Hotel. O/N Shiraz (Ariou Hotel).

Day 5: 
Take breakfast at Hotel. Full day features a city Tour taking in Eram, Narenjestan gardens, Nasir-Ol-Molk Mosque, Khan Teological School, Hafez ( or Saadi) Tomb, Vakil Bazaar & Koran Gate. Visit (at night) the most astonishing inlade mirror decorating in Shah-Cheragh Holy Shrine. O/N Shiraz (Ariou Hotel).

Day 06:
Take breakfast at Hotel. An excursion to Persepolis & Naqsh-e-Rostam. Free at Leisure. Dinner at an Iranian Home. O/N Shiraz(Ariou Hotel).

 

Day 07: 
Transfer to Shiraz Air port. Fly to Tehran.  Escorted Tour to visit the Carpet and the Reza Abbassi Museums as well as (if the time permit) Jewelry and Saad Abad Palaces Museums. O/N Tehran ( Grand Hotel).

Day 08:  
Take  breakfast at Hotel. Free at leisure. Transfer to Tehran Airport. Fly to Cairo via Bahrain. O/N Bahrain

Day 09:

Arrive at Cairo Airport where you will be meet by  Gashttour representative to Assist & Transfer to Hotel. O/N Cairo (Siag Pyramids).

 

Day 10:  
 Morning transfer south to the great plain of Giza to see the incredible, mysterious Sphinx and tour the magnificent Pyramids. Marvel at the great Pyramid of Cheops (one of the Seven Wonders of the World). (You may also take a camel ride there).Enjoy lunch at a Local restaurant. visit Memphis and Saqquara. lies about 10 miles from Cairo and was the necropolis of the city of Memphis, Egypt's capital during the Old Kingdom. Visit The Steep Pyramid of Cheops, the oldest stone building in the world dating back to the 28th century B.C... Return to your hotel. Your tour guide can give you many recommendations of restaurants if you wish to dine out this evening .O/N Cairo (Siag Pyramids ).
 

Day11: 
Visiting the Egyptian Museum the most important depository of Egyptian Antiques and the start your tours to Coptic Museum. Enjoy lunch at a Local restaurant. we will take you to Old Cairo, the Citadel. Visit the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali. Because it was built over the southern bastion of the fortress of Babylon, headquarters of the Roman Army in the region. Then, visit Sultan Raffia Mosque At the end of the day enjoy the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Return to your hotel. Your tour guide can give you many recommendations of restaurants if you wish to dine out this evening .At the end of the day at 7:30 PM you will be transfer to the Cairo railway station to get the night train first class .O/N in train.

 

Day 12: 
Arrive Luxor at 8:30 Am then transfer to your Nile crouse . Check in your cabin. Rest of time till mid. Lunch time start your visit to Karnak temple and Luxor temple. Dinner on board. O/N Board.  

 

Day 13:  
After breakfast on board then cross to the West Bank  to visit  valley of kings, queens, Hatshepsut temple at Deir El Bahari & Colossi of Memnon After noon lunch on Board  Evening sail to Esna – then cross the lock and sail to Edfu Over night in Edfu – Dinner on Board

Day 14:  
Morning visit to HAROERIES well preserved temple of falcon-headed God Hours – Lunch on Board then Sail to Kom Ombo visits the temples of the crocodile God SOBEK. Sail to Aswan. O/N Aswan (Isis Cournich).
  

 

Day 15:  
Tour to the High Dam, built to control the flooding of the Nile and the Old Dam, built in the l9th Century. Then, visit the ancient quarries to see the 170-feet Unfinished Obelisque. Then, continue by felucca (traditional sailing boats) to visit the Granite Quarries and the Philae Temple which represents a fusion of three great civilizations:  Egyptian, Greek and Roman. Back to your Nile Cruise – O/N Aswan (Isis Cournich).
 

Day16: 
After your breakfast on Board In the morning, transfer to Aswan airport and then fly bu Charter flight to Abu Simbel where you will visit the temples dedicated to Ramses II and then fly back to Aswan. Arrive Aswan Airport,  after noon transfer to Aswan Rail way station to return back to Cairo by First class train  - arrive Cairo and then transfer to your hotel. O /N  in Cairo (Siag Pyramids).

Day 17:  
Take  breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Cairo Airport for Departure.
